Comfort Suites Wilson - I - 95

My wife and I stayed overnight 8-14-24. Staff (3 I had contact with) were very pleasant and helpful. Areas - near reception desk, TV area near there, & dining seating for breakfast - were very large. Especially Large variety at complimentary breakfast. Place VERY clean, interior and exterior of building, bathrooms as well. I was VERY impressed also with how well lit the parking area was at night. Room had a lot of seating area, bed was very comfortable, as well as the square pillows! (?) Very NICE screens and shades on the windows in room, you can tell they went the extra mile for the customer. The lobby area with TV very impressive, how comfortable the chairs were, and how it was arranged so it made you relax and be at ease. GREAT abundance of coffee in large area in the lobby, as well as a well stocked snack room next to there (for purchases). Kudos, to whomever arranged all this!

Bed was comfortable. Heater and door slamming loud. Nice continental breakfast.

Hotel is clean but something with management is not right. First they inform me at the desk that somebody else already checked into my room so they have to gave us different room. For sofa bed we couldn't find pillow and blanket in the room so upon asking they told us that they don't have extra blanket , we need to use bed sheet as blanket and they will send pillow in our room , which we never received. And windows was painted outside as you can see in picture

I thought the hotel was very nice for the price. Room was clean, great towels and water pressure. There were 4 pillows/ bed and adequate covers. Breakfast was great. Eggs, waffles, bacon, and sausage. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Traveling this place will be on the radar.

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable. Nice beds; great, great shower. Nice breakfast set up. Stephanie was especially helpful and pleasant during check in.

If you’re looking for a great traveling overnight stop, this place fits that bill very well. Easy access at an exit that isn’t overwhelmed with traffic. Relatively quiet as it sits a block or two off the main road with plentiful parking. Room was typical of a value resort…comfortable bed and bedding, fridge and coffee maker, adequate bath. My only nit in our king room was that the space between the bed and the A/C unit made access to that side of the bed very difficult. Breakfast had lots of options - hot choices (that seemed a notch above the usual on our morning), waffle makers and a variety of pastries, cereals and fruits. If you happen to be looking elsewhere for food, most popular quick service brands are present at the exit, only moments from the hotel. In addition, you can get some solid local choices in nearby Wilson for a sit down meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel did boast one of the slowest elevators I’ve seen recently. . Overall, this location was a solid choice for travel and definitely a value for the price.

Not a bad experience at all... Room was clean, sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.

We were a late arrival The staff member was very accommodating and friendly. We had the suite and it was comfortable for a party of five. Microwave, coffee pot, and small refrigerator in the room. The elevator did work on the night of our stay. Very convenient location off I95. I would have rated 5 stars if the pool out sofa had an updated mattress.
